Display orientation and resolution reset to default after reboot

Since updating to monterey my monitors reset to their default scale and orientation after every reboot of macOS. Everything else appears to work normally. I have dual dell P2715Q monitors connected via displayport to rx580. The secondary monitor is located to the left side and is rotated 90º. When rebooting macOS they revert to default scale and rotation. When I switch the secondary display back to 90º the 3008x1692 is restored as well.
