Update:
So all went well, I now have Catalina installed. I then changed the BIOS parameters to PCI Slot 2 isntead of IGFX and booted back. All good ! My Radeon is working fine.
Now I just have to install what I need, hook another SSD SATA drive and have the wifi working (don't need it but hey it's there). Peace of cake !
