Disk Utility Can't See Any Hard Drive

I don't see any blue SATA ports; mine plugged into the gray one.
The bios says it's in SATA port 4.

Try those white ones and then black ones.

Congratulations! You won the game!
One of the other SATA ports worked and I found a SATA DVD drive.

So my plan of attack is going to be install Windows to update the driver.
Then install Lion on my already properly partioned drive.

Your welcome some ports aren't supported by OSX unless you use a custom kexts for your SATA ports we can work on making the other ones supported later but by default OSX can only use certain SATA chipsets from certain vendors.

Edit: Nevermind, it was just an issue of not setting my SATA to AHCI...
