Anyone know the specific difference. I can boot my system using unibeast when it is a clean install but if I run multibeast it kills my system so that it wont boot anymore even with first with unibeast and them selecting my ML . Freezes at PCI Configuration begin (that notorious problem)
Specific differences would be appreciated

I'm having issues booting without Unibeast too, but you may have some luck.

Have you tried using the boot flags PCIRootUID=0 or 1?

Tried the different flags ( been hackintoshing since leeopard)
Just want a breakdown of the differences between uni and multi.
Some transparency would make it easier to pinpoint the problem instead of just taking shots in the dark.

Haved you doublechecked your DSDT? The bootloader on both are the same, but on unibeast it loads a few extras so your fresh install can at least boot before you can run multibeast.

I've got exactly the same problem. I tried to boot with npci=0x2000 and npci=0x3000, but they didn't work.

try KernelCache=No my system cant boot without kernelcache=no or delete kernelcache in.plist

No it says Mach_O file has bad magic numbers.
But when I'm booting with the flash drive, there aren't any problems...
