Did I get a bad WiFi card?

So after looking at the spreadsheet, I went ahead and ordered a BCM94322HM8L, for dual band. Unfortunately, with it installed, I can't "see" any wireless networks. It also acts funny in that it starts in a "Wifi Off" state and it takes a while to turn itself on. This is on a 4530s. I get the whitelisting warning, but I also installed the FanReset.dynlib, as well as deleting my DSDT, rebooting and rebuilding the DSDT with the Broadcom option.

There are a number of indications that the driver and such are working:

Starting to think I got a bad card.

The only way to know would be to test it under Windows or Linux. Also, verify your antenna connections.
