Diction and speach don't work

I got a Asrock z77 pro3 and i5 3570k Mountain Lion fully working,FaceTime,iCloud,App Store,etc
But Siri is not working when i am tring to enable i can see waiting spinning,any ideas?

I can enable it, but when i activate it with hotkey it starts and then instantly stops. Wont let me speak.

I did manage to enable but is not working,i am speaking with siri but nothing,she don't type,i think it needs to connect with some apple server....

dont know why yours won't work
Only can say my siri works perfect... if i could speak good english I m wanting for Portuguese version
