desktop intel i5-6400 help

i have these following configuration

intel i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz
Chipset :- intel skylake
Motherboard :- Gigabyte H110M-S2PH-CF
Bios :- american Megatrends F1
Graphics :- Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB
ram :- 8GB

i am attaching my CPU-z configuration file please check it and tell me(zip file attached)
How to install El Capitan in my desktop
and i have already downloaded EL Capitan.app file so which method to use to create bootable Pen-drive

and above my desktop configuration is compatible to install EL Captian?

i have Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB graphics driver and
I am not using intel HD graphics card and i don't even know which intel HD Graphics card on my system , I am using Nvidia Graphics 2GB

and which config.plist file should i use?
and i have also USB 3.0 port and my motherboard is GA-H110M-S2PH DDR3 (rev. 1.0)
there is no to disable USB 3.0 port

and i have also PARALLEL port under SERIAL port so have i disable too it?
