Dell XPS M1530 Kernal Panic when trying to boot to installer

I've gotten this to work before, but it's not right now.
bootflags: "GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=1"

specs:
4 gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
Intel Core 2 Duo

I am very confused and have no idea where to start.
Is there a file on the Mac OS X Install DVD I'm supposed to modify?
Is this difficult?

This has never happened before, I've even gotten the OS X Leopard Installer to work.

How do you install a DSDT before you install Mac OS X? Can this really be done?
I haven't built a DSDT before, either. So I'm not familiar with that.

Also, just wondering, why am I receiving this error now? Why have I never gotten this in the past?
