El Capitan was working fine before until I installed the latest security update through the app store and then this error came up after reboot:

OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: yes, hibernate wake:no
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I have tried:
- FakeID 0x12345678, ig-platform-id 0x191b0000, nv_disable=1
- OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi, OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi, OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi all with and without Test2-2016.efi
- Updating BIOS to 1.3.0 & 1.4.0

I have even tried to do a fresh install but I'm getting the same error as above.
OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: yes, hibernate wake:no
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Anyone have any experience getting out of this mess? Any fix please!

Attached is the Verbose boot screenshot & the Clover after the Security Update for El Capitan.

I'm currently running BIOS 1.4.0, this was still a problem when I was running BIOS 1.2.1. Still the same OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi issue

Is there any other way to recover my previous El capitan build?

I don't understand what you're asking.
Did you make a backup?

You didn't answer my questions:
From where did you download OS X?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

I've got no backup of OSX, only got a backup of EFI.
Everything was working fine until I've updated the latest security update through the app store.
Rebooted. Tried to enter but I'm getting the "OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi" issue

Sorry, I've downloaded OS X from the app store.

I've created my USB installer on a 2009 Macbook Pro.

Without a backup, you need to install fresh.
