Has anyone tried Sierra on the XPS 8500 with nvidia GT 640?

By the way, do people use the nvidia web drivers for the GT 640 (in Sierra or El Capitan)?

I do not use them (I'm running El Capitan) and things seem to work fine, but I'm wondering if it's better or advised to install them.

USB 3.0 ports( 2 on the front and 2 on the back) were working by default

I got the USB 2.0 ports(2 on TOP and 2 at the back) and the card reader working by using Rehabman;s USBInjectAll.kext and renaming the EHCx to EH0x

I also do not use any separate drivers for my nVidia GT 640..
