Use the macOS installer to restore all kexts to vanilla.
Done. But still no audio.

I just don't understand why audio is not loading.

Additionally, does it look like PM is properly setup and functioning now?
Latest reporting files attached.
Latest Jarvis output text file attached.

Your ACPI configuration is not valid.
Try to disassemble your patchmatic output and you'll see you have duplicate symbols: iasl -da -dl *.aml

Thanks for the reply.

Ok, I have done the disassembly with the attached output as a result. I am guessing of particular interest are the last few lines:

Firmware Error (ACPI): Failure creating [GPRW], AE_ALREADY_EXISTS (20171110/dswload-498)
ACPI Error: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, During name lookup/catalog (20171110/psobject-371)
Could not parse external ACPI tables, AE_ALREADY_EXISTS

If so, now to figure out what the heck they mean and how to correct them...

Improper use of hotpatch files.
Read hotpatch guide/readme:

Ok, a little progress (I think). One disassembly error corrected. Still one remains. Not sure how to tackle that one. Output attached.

You will need to determine the duplicate symbol.
Disassemble with only part of the SSDTs until you find the offending one.
(eg. eliminate SSDTs from the disassembly process until the error is eliminated, then you know which SSDT is causing a problem).

Progress....I was able to find three SSDTs that were duplicates and have since removed them. Patchmatic output now disassembles without errors.

Caches rebuilt (booted without caches).

Still no audio.

However, the screen brightness issue is now resolved and remains persistent with reboots!

You need to fix the problem with the SSDTs having duplicate symbols, not just remove them.
