Dell XPS 13-9333, Sleep issue

Hi, I thought I had sleep working, but it turns out sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes it works (I close the lid, everything sleeps correctly, open the lid and wakes up fine).
Sometimes it does not (I close the lid, it appears to enter sleep, but the cpu remains warm, open the lid and nothing happens, I have to hold down the power button to shutdown).
I have attached new problem reporting files.

It appears you didn't patch for "instant wake".
