Dell UP3218k (32" 8k monitor) compatibility?

I'm considering the Dell UP3218k monitor, and wondering if it can be driven with a Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1060 6GB card running on Sierra. Card has 2 DisplayPorts. Anyone with experience here?

I have got the Dell UP3218k and it shows as 2 separate 4k displays using 2x DisplayPort cables. So 8k doesn't seem to be available in MacOS at the moment (10.3.3) but maybe this is something to do with Nvidia drivers also. I'm hoping for an update to something to get this working, doesn't seem to be much information about Macos 8K support.
