Hi There,
I am running the Dell P2715Q off one of the thunderbolt ports of the Gigabyte GA Z97X UD7 TH but the max resolution I get is 2560x1440. I have installed windows 8.1 (on a separate SSD) and installed the gigabyte thunderbolt driver from their website, 'to activate the ports' as suggested elsewhere on this forum but that did not help. On windows the monitor is running at its max resolution.
Another strange issue is that Yosemity (first 10.10.2 and I am now on 10.10.3) does not boot when the monitor is connected and powered on (I have another post on this http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-h...-memmory-allocation-error-add-0xdeadbeef.html)
Thanks for any suggestion to get this solved!
Robert
