I just successfully installed a Dell Optiplex 5040 with new MacOS Ventura 13.1.

Dell Optiplex 5040 Hardware ( Skylake) :
CPU : I3-6300
Ram : 8GB DDR4
Hardisk: 2TB HDD
Graphics: Intel HD 530
Audio: RealTek ALC3234
USB W-Lanstick

My 5040 SFF both monitors sleep and wake fine either by mouse or kb but the the CPU, GPU and fans don't.

If You are using GPU, where is the problem for sleep?
