Not exactly sure how I got mine working, did a bunch of troubleshooting. I ended up downgrading BIOS to match OP's 1.2.22 (I can't find 1.2.2) and I cleaned up some duplicate kext in /L/E and put in new updated versions as well as in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other (since I don't know which one is really being used, I've reinstalled soooo many times at this point) and added what @RickieThaDragon suggested framebuffer-con0-alldata that was missing in config.plist, then it booted up this time! I don't know which one fixed it, but I think I saw FakeSMC in /L/E, so I removed that, I suspect that or the newer Lilu and WhateverGreen got it working.
Then I edited the BIOS and got 4k support as well. All USB ports work, headphone output works, both DP and HDMI ports work simultaneously. Thank you @fungcie for your EFI files.
