Ok i will install it, but i'm conffused ACPIBacklight.kext is necessary to hdmi audio output?. Last question i've asked you is about no audio through hdmi

Your ioreg doesn't show an external HDMI device plugged in.

The layout-id on HDAU(12) does not match the layout-id on HDEF(3).

That's probably because i've applied DSDT Injection (Rename BOD3 to HDAU) from your patch repo through DSDT-1 and DSDT-7.

how can i change layout-id to match HDEF(3) ?

Change the layout-id inside the patch before applying it.

After i've succesfully made my alc283's working, i've updated via app store to

System Version: OS X 10.11.2 (15C50)
Kernel Version: Darwin 15.2.0

After That my internal sound disappeared. I think i've overwritted my appleHDA. Is there any way of knowing what to make to get working again? or should i've make this ?

Then your AppleHDA is not vanilla. Restore all system kexts by running the 10.11.1 installer.

I've really appreciated if i have not to reinstall allover again.

ALC283 is the same as my Lenovo u430. You can use AppleHDA_ALC283.kext in my u430 repo...

Requirements:
- Clover bootloader
- config.plist must have the four AppleHDA patches from my config.plist in the repo
- AppleHDA.kext must be vanilla
- CodecCommander.kext installed to /S/L/E: https://github.com/RehabMan/EAPD-Codec-Commander
- AppleHDA_ALC283.kext installed to /S/L/E
- rebuild cache following the procedure detailed in the u430 guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...ideapad-u330-u430-u530-using-clover-uefi.html
- DSDT patches "IRQ Fix" and "Audio Layout 3".

I've really appreciated if i have not to reinstall allover again.

Running the OS X installer without erasing the partition will simply refresh the system files.
