AAPL,ig-platform-id -> 06002616

For HD5600 you need device-id faked to 16260000:
device-id -> 26160000

Depends on your graphics:

HD 5300 -> MacBook8,1
HD 6000 -> MacBookAir7,1 or MacBookAir7,2
Iris 6100 -> MacBookPro12,1
