Hi people.

I have some issues with the audio.

I'm using Rehabman's: CodecComander.kext, AppleHDA_ALC283.kext, vanilla AppleHDA, all with 3 clover patches(from RehabMan u430 config.plist).

In my DSDT I have layout-id 86.

The audio it's working perfecly with headphones and speakers.

When the headphones are plugged in, the audio stops working 30s after plugging in, to solve this I have to un-plug and plug the jack, then 30s will stop working.

Also, sometimes If I don't plug in the headphones before power on the computer, this won't work.

In my audio settings have appeared a new device called Line Out.

I attach all the related files to audio config.

Thank you!

Line out can be ignored. I'll publish an update soon that will get rid of it.

Headphone jack detect is a known problem.

As for other issues...

Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,
Code:
rm -R ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

And output from:
Code:
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu

Thank you for your reply.

I attach you the files.

kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu , doesn't gave any output.

Everything looks normal to me. Try a fresh install (to make sure your native audio kexts are undamaged).

Another question, Is there any way to disable the Touchscreen?

Thank you for all RehabMan!

Another question, Is there any way to disable the Touchscreen?

...

Probably (a matter of creating a disabler kext for the USB device that is the touchscreen).

I'm planning to look at it on my u430 at some point.

Hi people!

Recently I have issues with the sleep functionality, when I do Apple > Sleep.. , the computer sleeps and instantly wakes up.
I have searched similar problems but I can't solve it.

AppleLPC.kext it's loading
I have -gux_defer_usb2 in boot args
All kexts are stock versions, and no GenericUSBXHCI it's used.
I have patched DSDT with the latest 7-series/8-series USB patch from RehabMan's repo.

The output of pmset:
sie-osx:~ sie$ pmset -g assertions
2015-05-03 00:14:04 +0200
Assertion status system-wide:
BackgroundTask 0
ApplePushServiceTask 0
UserIsActive 0
PreventUserIdleDisplaySleep 0
PreventSystemSleep 0
ExternalMedia 0
PreventUserIdleSystemSleep 0
NetworkClientActive 0
Kernel Assertions: 0x4=USB
id=500 level=255 0x4=USB mod=03/05/15 00:13 description=XHC owner=AppleUSBXHCI
And the wake reason from the console:
02/05/15 23:56:25,000 kernel[0]: Wake reason: GLAN EHC2 XHC

Thank you so much!
