Dell Aspiron 5748 Post Installation

Can someone help me?
I installed Mac Os 10.11 on my Dell Inspiron 17 5748 with
Intel i3 4030U 1,9 GHz,
Intel Graphics HD 4400
Dell Wireless 1705.802 (Atheros AR 9565 ?)
Audio Realtek ALC 255 (Dell Lynx Point-LP HD Audio Controller, 8 Series HD)
LAN Atheros

For what I need, i have just to activate Lan (o WLan), but sound is not working and Video is 3Mb.
Can someone help me to activate Lan?

think it will be too hard for me, because a can't understand english so well- i supposed it should be a simply problem of kext replace.
