Dell 7577 usb 3.0 problem

Hello everyone. I'm trying to install macos on my 7577. But i have a problem: my laptop only have usb 3.0 port. I read something about the "limit port" of the macos, and every guide recommend to use usb 2.0 port. So the question is can I install osx on my 7577 if i dont have 2.0 port? I have a 2.0 usb, but i can make it to load the installer. It stuck here:
