It won't create a problem anyway (with nv_disable=1).

And the SSDT-HACK.aml from post #1 will power down the Nvidia device when running OS X.

i have this efi shell file which i downloaded from post #1
i don't know how how to boot from UEFI with this file please tell me how to create bootable usb for this and boot from UEFI shell

Put BOOTX64.EFI at \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI (on a FAT32 volume on the USB). Then use your BIOS hotkey to select the USB as a UEFI boot target.

i removed all data from laptop's HDD so there is no os in hdd so can i perform DVMT-prealloc setting before installing mac os or should i 1st install mac os and then perform DVMT-prealloc setting?

Set DVMT-prealloc first. Correct BIOS settings are generally a prerequisite.

okay i'd first set DVMT-prealloc setting for bios and..

and for sound there are several files so those all work for my laptop my laptop configuration are

intel i7-5500U
intel hd graphics 5500
nvidia geforce 920M 4GB(which i disabled in bios setting)
2TB hdd
16gb ram

and is there any modification needed in above files which are in post #1 as per for my laptop?

Not if the discrete card is not dedicated (eg. tied to the Intel device).

The discrete graphics capability in a switched dual-GPU configuration is not supported with OS X on hacks. Best you can do is disable the discrete part with SSDT/DSDT patches. See the prior question.

For those that have had the option duplicated, I believe the advice is to set both of them to the same value.
