Dell 3080 SFF stuck at boot [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]

I tried to setup new hackintosh using Dell 3080 SFF
With intel 10500 end internal gpu UHD 360 using opencore 0.9.7

But it always stuck at [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START]
here I attach my config.plist
Any help would be appreciated
