Deleting Lion partition, keeping Windows

Hello, I wanted to know if it was safe to delete the GPT partition and the Lion partition, from "Create and format hard disk partitions" on windows, after deletion i'm able to start Windows?

Yes just make sure you set your BIOS back

what do you mean?, I can't choose which partition to boot. I have only one hard disk
