Default Audio Output Changes

Hi everyone. My default audio output keeps on changing to the wrong one every time my computer sleeps or restarts. It moves from the right 5.1CH to the LG Ultra HD.


What's the best way to make the 5.1 permanent?

Voodoo is installed.
Issue has not been reported with AppleHDA.

Could you tell me the recommended way to remove Voodoo so I can test with AppleHDA?

Trash System/Library/Extensions/VoodooHDA.kext
Remove any AppleHDA disabler, if installed
Restart
