DBDF= error after upgrade to Lion ,MSi Z68A +2600K + HD5770

Hi guys

last week i bought MSI Z68A GD65 B3 and 2600K and 16gb memories to install Lion

PCI subsystem setting : PCI latency Timer : 32 pci bus clocks, i have 64 to 248 options
ACPI: S3
Power Led : Blinking
Onboard lan : enable
Sata Configuration : AHCI
hot plug: enable

External Sata6gb: AHCI mode

i have 6 ports sata on this board
4 black = sata2
4 white Sata3
i tried both but always same error in pic blow

Audio:Enable
HPET : enable


Virtu Tec : Disable
Intiate Graphic Adaptor: PEG
IGD Multi monitor : Disable

All usb Enable i tried disable too
Serial com : Enable
EUP 2013 : disable (green power)all wake up are Disable


CPU config :
100 X 34
HT :enable
All cores
Speed Spectrum : disable
C1E: Enable
limit CPUID : disable
Excute Disable Bit : Disable
Power tec : Disable

boot with Iboot 3,1,1 , Iboot legancy
install SL (fresh) , updated to 10,6,8,
did everything http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2011/07/xmove-multibeast-install-os-x-107-lion.html in this giude

REBOOT normaly without any error

the problem started here, Apple logo keeps shining and can't even catch lion install

i am stuck in here and can press enter or write something, i mean it's not freezed, tried change kernel same problem

i never could see the Lion install screen

BTW i installed LION on my maximus IV extreme without any problem
 
no one please?

tested yesterday my friend Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 and it was Ok lion started installing normally
but only MSI ...

please help me guys.....
 
is it really that strange my error in mac world ? :D seems no one knows what i am talking about ...

before opening this thread i searched all goole to find a solution but everyone pass this line and frizzed or had problem after my line error (waiting for device, shutdown bla bla )
 
I got Mac working on that same mobo

Z68A-GD80

Did you tried with -x option?
