The soul purpose for this build was video editing and i got what i needed
First, i installed Windows 7 64bit from 16gb USB thumb drive onto one of the Seagate hdd's. Made the changes in BIOS before installing: http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/iboot-multibeast-install-mac-os-x-on.html (I had to set frame-buffer to 256+2, if i set it any higher, the installer would hang)
Next, i installed Gigabyte drivers and utilities from their website and updated the bios to F6.
After that, i created a UniBeast thumb drive with App Store Mac OS X Lion (10.7.1) and boot from it. Used Disk Utility to format the SSD drive. Install went flawlessly.
Reboot into Mac OS X. First, i installed CustomBeast (Thank you Tony), did a reboot and downloaded the 10.7.3 Combo Update. Installed it BUT DID NOT RESTART, then i installed CustomBeast again and after that i restarted without any problems. Everything was working at this point and i was happy!
Thanks to this community and Tony, my first hackintosh build was hassle free!
I will update this post with pictures of my build and overclocking info
