Customac Mini build case question

I am building the Customac Mini build with the i3 2105, integrated HD 3000 graphics, Gigabyte GA-H61N-USB3 Motherboard, 4gb ram, 2.5 Crucial m4 SSD. I am wanting to skip the disc drive in an attempt to cut back on the footprint of the case on my desk. I found a couple different options but I don't quite know if my cpu/heatsink will fit in the case. Any body know the height dimensions of that setup or similar build, so I know what size case to look for? I am interested in this one:

I ended up with the BitFenix Prodigy case, it is beautiful. Assembling the computer as soon as I get off here
