I actually haven't. No. Everything is kind of like on hold and delayed right now. Especially since I might really need a notebook rather than any desktop based computer. It'll sadly take a couple more months before I can actually tell what I need... and then I might see to it...
As of right now... I, sadly, cannot help you though :(

Only thing I'm kind of unsure of is how to check if the BeFenix Prodigy M or Phenom M is big enough for certain video cards ?

I think these might help you answer the question:

The OLD Prodigy for mini ITX rather than Micro ATX... read this:

Unmatched Flexibility
Despite its small stature, Prodigy is engineered for maximum flexibility. Remove the top HDD cage to fit long graphics cards up to 320mm in length. Bolt a 240mm water cooling radiator in the top, or if the build demands it, remove the entire HDD cage and put the 240mm radiator in the front, while still being able to install up to five 2.5" drives. With multiple installation options, Prodigy is a small case that truly does it all.

But this is because it has a different layout... and the PSU is lying flat afaik. Rather than standing up... as with the Prodigy M.
