Found where my problems are starting. It doesn't see my os as bootable? (and on that note, It doesn't see windows as bootable either.)

Your issue is likely that your disk is MBR.

Follow the guide and you won't have an issue...

Thanks, I had just recently upgraded to 10.9.5 via chameleon method and had no idea i had to reinstall the operating system. The migration guide wasn't clear that even if you were already on the exact same os you were going to install clover on, that you had to install it again.

That being said, I'm trying to fix iMessage and I notice that I don't have a system-id string or efi in my ioregistryexplorer.

Is that normal and if not how to fix? (i've attached a copy of mine below.)

Here is a screenshot from the iMessage fix guide that I don't have in mine.

It was not necessary to re-install OS X. But the guide contains important information about how to use PBI-CE.

Personally, I don't use Messages. But the best information is here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/110471-how-fix-imessage.html

What did reinstalling do that I was lacking myself?
I noticed it created a recovery partition.
I was already got but it didn't seem to matter, nothing I did could get the system to see, unless maybe all I needed was that legacy flag in clover?

Which leads me to the biggest problem I have right now. No sound. And nothing I've read turns up results for these errors.

Download patchmatic: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-MaciASL-patchmatic.
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,
Code:
rm -Rf ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

And output from:
