These are excellent MLC nand SSDs from Crucial. 250 GB is the perfect size for an OS X boot drive.

Just one note on other Crucial SSDs. The new BX200 TLC nand drive is selling really cheap, about
55 USD right now. It has very poor write performance. About 80 MB/s if you're lucky. So avoid that
if you write a lot of data to your SSD on a regular basis. It would be ok for a budget build boot drive
but a complete failure if used as a scratch drive in your system.
