Creating Unibeast problems

When I am creating Unibeast I get as far as Bootloader configuration on this page

it says
16. If using a 5 or 6 Series system with AWARD BIOS choose Legacy USB Support
17. If using a laptop, choose Laptop Support
18. Click Continue

On mine it says UEFI boot mode OR Legacy boot mode I dont know which to select?
I am using a laptop which is running 10.10

The next step says Enter password Where do I get this password or is it my password?

Choose UEFI boot mode. Do not select anything else. Enter your OS X password.
