i'm running this command

/Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB

the USB in the end, has only one partition the disk2s1 , where is the "Install macOS Big Sur.app" file

should be:
disk2s1 - EFI
disk2s2 - 'data'

what im doing wrong ?

manage to fix it was the "GUID partition scheme" that was missing
