Please find attached the CLOVER.zip (with preboot.log inside).
Also attached an "Installer Log" file generated after the Mac installer displayed the below error message:
"The macOS installation conldn't be completed."

From your bootlog, it appears you did not completely re-partition and install on the main drive.
(Disk Utility does not create SYSTEM_DRV partition, for example).

Completely re-partition your main HDD/SSD with Disk Utility such that it has only a single partition. Then install macOS there.
