Crash on sysdiagnose run and random system crashes

Hello,

My custom mac is randomly crashing, I tried to diagnose possible problems myself, however at this point I have no ideas.

Symptoms
- All started when I had it crash on saving Photoshop file to a NAS.
- It did not crash for some time and then it crashed twice when I was away from a keyboard (I suspect on screen sleep)
- sysdiagnose run crashes mac every time

What I did
- I checked RAM – 0 errors over 8 runs for 10+ hours
- I checked forum for a similar symptoms - nothing I found matching
- When I run sysdiagnose OS every time crashes and reboots.

I generated report using gen_debug, please find it attached. My hardware is up to date on my profile.

Fwiw, I have had a non-crashing problem with some other software that led me to run sysdiagnose. I found that sysdiagnose also crashes my system reliably every time. It takes a few seconds of running it before I'm returned to the BIOS screen.

Try rebuilding caches. Google it there are terminal commands that may fix it.
