I have SSDT for CPU Power Management correct but with the computer just sitting idle with no programs running the CPU still runs at high frequency. It can run between 800MHz and 3500MHz.
What happens if you delete the SSDT from the Clover EFI partition? If it runs slower, you'll know it's the SSDT.
Is the file in the Clover folder called SSDT.aml?
