Hi all,
I would like to built a Hacintosh with 8 or 12Core, as I´m doing tons of video-editing and encoding/transcodings.

also I would like to use a good and fast NVIDIA-Graphic-Card for Cuda-work with CS6 and some other applications.

would be great, if someone can tell me which mainboard, porcessors and which graphic-card I should use.

thx

Only that first link is really relevant I suspect. The others are all older and slower setups. My single 3930 is slightly faster than the SR-2 dual 1366 in Geekbench, when overclocked (not too difficult to do) at 4.2 ghz.

Given what you are trying to build and what it will cost. I wouldn't go with anything other than that MB. This doesn't sound like the kind of set up where you want to be experimenting to see what might work.

For a card, you probably want a 580. They're better than the 680s at double precision math (up to 8 times faster, the 6XX REALLY suck at double precision) and about as fast for single precision, which AFAIK is what video mostly is.
