Hi all,

Just installed the Corsair H60 and the stock fan is quite loud for me (~30dBa). Actually it is the only component i can hear from my customac right now. Is there any [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]confirmed replacement fan with the same air pressure but with lower noise level? I i did my research but didn't find a clear answer.

Thank you in advance

I got the same issue, solved with this one: http://www.ebay.it/itm/170994105627...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_5939wt_1115
Note: It's chip, no more noise with fan fixed at 3125 rpm. cya!

Thanks for the reply

Lowering the fan speed is a good solution but since the H60s fan is plugged in the CPU_FAN on the motherboard, isn't it a bit risky not to be controlled by the BIOS when cpu temperature increases?
