Core i5-6600k CPU powermanagement not working (Logs inside)

EDIT: I'm using an Nvidia 8800 GTS 512 (Tesla) GFX (from 2007) which has no UEFI VBIOS, which I'm pretty sure enables CSM support. Could this cause the problem?

EDIT2: Seems like OS X is just weird on reporting frequency... CPU power matches up with what is reported in Windows (When CPU is idle in windows the frequency is 800 MHz and a power usage of 8.5 to 9 W, which is also what is used in OS X on idle when showing 3.7 GHz)

Sorry that this is a double post. But I finally solved the problem.

After getting a new GFX I found that this did not solve the problem.

I had initially installed OS X using a PS2 keyboard.

I later changed this to a USB device (An ADB to USB converter, created using a Leopold), when plugging in that device my CPU frequency raised to 4.4GHz. This was solved by updating the converter firmware.
