Core i5 2500K Showing Only 2 Cores and 4 Threads-Please HELP

So I got everything up and running, then I do a Geekbench and BAM!!! low CPU test, I open up Cinebench and BAM my computer is showing 2 cores and 4 threads. I have an Intel Core i5 2500k and it should show 4 cores and 4 threads any ideas?? Please help.

I have a similar issue, same board and same processor but am only get ~4200 in geek bench! I have mountain lion freshly installed, what is going on?
