Would it work together with Core i3 with the new leopard 10.6.3 without problems and with working sleep modus? The board suerely supports Core i3.

this is the only Mini ITX Mainboard with P55 Chip set and suppprting the new Core iX CPUs.

You don't want to get an i3 right now- until Macs start using them. Stick with an i5 750 or i7 860 for Vanilla support. You'd need a patched kernel for any other processor.

so there is no chance to get properly my core i3 running? if yes, i must think to change to different hardware.

You will need to patch the kernel to use that CPU, i5 750 and i7 860 are vanilla CPU's currently
