Hello,
I created a fresh install of El Capitan (10.11) on a second disk. I do have two builds now. Yosemite and El Capitan. In Yosemite I have mail app configured and a lot of mailmessages.
Is there a way to copy the mail folder (Library/Mail) to the new installation? I tried it, but mail then moves the mail folder from a V2 folder to V3 and creates a new V2 folder. The Mail app is then empty and starts with the create account whizard. Is there a solution for this?
My total Mail folder is 11Gb.
'Google' tell's me that I have to copy Library/preferences/com.apple.mail.plist. But this file dows not exist.
Can someone please help me?
