Considering G-Sync for my Next Monitor . . . .

Any issues with using one w/a Hack?
I'll most likely get a GTX 960 (maybe 970) vid card.

From what I understand, G-Sync only work with DisplayPort.

So, GTX 960/DisplayPort/G-Sync Monitor/Hack with Yosemite.

Any problems?

Ideally, I'd like to get an IPS G-Sync monitor. These aren't available yet, but Acer will have one soon:

I wasn't specifically asking about that unreleased display.

Just any combo of:

GTX 960 (970/980)/DisplayPort/G-Sync Monitor/Hack with Yosemite.
