I wanted to install OS X El Capitan. The power supply should be enough.
Should I replace something in the hardware configuration, eg. Change the graphics card (Radeons prefer)?

Everything looks like it has mostly come from the buyers guide, so compatibility shouldnt be an issue.

For the GPU I would look at Flor!ans http://www.tonymacx86.com/graphics/171291-radeon-compatibility-guide-ati-amd-graphics-cards.html for specific information on whether your selected GPU will work, or to find out what would be a viable option(s)

Edit**

I have found out that the R9 380, in El Capitan only works with internal graphics set as first priority. With it set to PCI it will crash at the desktop..

Thanks for the advice. What do you think about MSI Radeon R9 390, 8GB of GDDR5 (512 bit), HDMI, 2xDVI, DP (R9 390 GAMING 8G)? The value of 'No' in the OOB for R9 390 10.10 means that the card will work natively?

I will try to look for information about this topic.

'No' means that a driver is there (not sure about stability in El Capitan - Yosemite was a little buggy) but won't work without modifications (i.e. inject fake id) because the device id is missig.

The best AMD card I'd recommend is the 280X or non-X. Others might work but are likely to be troublesome sooner or later.
