Sleep works from the Apple Menu. There's no more "Computer sleep" slider in the Energy Saver pref pane. I'm not sure this is Yosemite-specific, as I have read elsewhere online that this has happened on earlier real macs. The only helpful suggestion I saw was:

Go to Terminal and type:
Code:
man pmset

Doh! You mean Apple did away with it?

I think I set that sleep 60 (minutes) before upgrading from Mavericks.

There must be some way to get it back?

Code:
~>pmset -g

Have you found out how to set the "Computer Sleep" option yet?

What hardware?

(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
