Computer loads directly to Chimera

Greetings. I have been looking around a lot for anyone who has the same problem as me. When I turn on my hackintosh, it loads and then directly goes to Chimera. I have no idea how to get to the UEFI BIOS from here. I am stuck at the screen that shows Iboot and System. Is there a button I need to press while it's loading? Can anyone help me? (I was in the middle of upgrading to Sierra and I wanted to use clover. I followed this tutorial:

Disable Legacy boot / Enable UEFI boot in your BIOS settings.
