does anyone know a good compatible slimline notebook sata dvd writer to fit my silverstone sg07??

i had a Samsung SN-S083C 8X SATA Notebook Slimline DVD Writer but found on installion it wasnt compatible and caused a waiting for root device error, so i changed to a sony AD-7260S while i had the case open, worked fine. but it just doesnt fit the case

does anyone know a good compatible slimline notebook sata dvd writer i can buy??

Didn't Tony add a slim SATA DVD drive to his media center build? Might not fit in a netbook tho.

I am thinking about a build with a Silverstone Fortress FT03
and thought I would just buy a Macbook Superdrive off ebay
for about $60 but would love a cheaper option.
