Compatibility with my PC

Hi,

I know you probably are tired of hearing this, but I need a straight up answer. Will my HP ENVY 15t-J100 work to DUAL BOOT Windows 8.1 and OS X Yosemite? It already runs Windows 8.1, but I want to be able to install OS X on a separate partition. I will provide specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU
RAM: 8 Gigs, I think
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GEFORCE graphics card

Any other specs you need I will be more than happy to give. If you could give a somewhat detailed guide on how to do it that would be much appreciated. Let me know if this will work.

(P.S. I have dual booted Linux Mint before, but that was easy)
