I have a 2013 build with the following hardware and I'd like to know if it is compatible with macOS Sierra:

Mobo: Gigabyte Z87 ATX LGA1150 GA-Z87X-UD3H (GA-Z87X-UD3H)
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 Quad-Core 3.4GHZ 8MB Cache (BX80646I74770)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-7TE1T0BW)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB Superclocked (02G-P4-3753-KR)

Is there a "definite" page where I can see a detailed step-by-step guide on how to perform the install?

Should work fine. Are you using Clover already? If so you can just update from the app but recommend updating kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts/other & in L/E. You will need to update KextToPatch of course.

Yes, your hardware should definitely support macOS. The Sierra Install Guide is in the menu at the top of every tonymacx86.com page under "Guides".
