Compatibility Check

I am working on a build that's kinda weird - I'll admit, it's a combination of parts that I was given almost and parts I've bought new.

Most importantly, is the mobo - will a GA-Z68XP-UD3 work with Mountain Lion?

Because I have an Ivy Bridge CPU (I know those two together is funky), so I've been told Lion isn't an option because of that CPU, so I'm thinking ML, but I figured I'd check here to see if the older Mobo won't fly with ML.

Mobo:
GA-Z68XP-UD3

CPU:
Intel i7 3770k

Video Card:
EVGA GTX 560 Ti

Boot Drive:
Intel 330-Series SSD

Looks ok ,use the onboard gfx to install and the 560 should work afterwards
